Progressive stamping dies and compound dies

During the tool design, development and construction phases, design and construction solutions are suggested and agreed with the client that allow us to save on materials and production time, that ensure the quality of the finished product and that require less tool maintenance, thanks to the experience gained over the years by NUOVA SIMACH S.r.l.

The design department is equipped with several CAD/CAM (Visi-CAD) terminals (three CAD terminals and three CAM terminals), offering the option of calculating, viewing in 3D and transmitting via Internet the final designs to our CNC machines.

Design analyses, feasibility studies and co-design projects are developed in partnership with our clients.

Prototype dies and prototypes are constructed with the subsequent development of progressive stamping using several shapes.

Products

The size of parts stamped by NUOVA SIMACH S.r.l. varies from a few millimetres to tens of centimetres and they are currently used in several different sectors.

Processes

NUOVA SIMACH S.r.l.'s stamping department is equipped with 35 mechanical presses with nominal pressure ranging from 16 to 400 tonnes. We use machinery for shaving, washing and drying stamped parts.

Our experience, our flexibility and punctual delivery timescales, as well as our commitment to quality, have allowed NUOVA SIMACH S.r.l. to expand over the years and to attain UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 - IATF 16949 certification.
